UPDATE: The funeral will take place on Friday, April 14 at 1:30 pm at St. George’s Episcopal Church, which is located at 4715 Harding Road in Nashville, Tennessee 37205. Visitation will take place at the church immediately before to the service which will begin at noon. The service will take place in the Nave at 1:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Reformed University Fellowship (RUF) ministry in her honor by writing a check made out to RUF, including a reference to “USC – Alex Watlington” in the memorandum section of the check, and mailing it to “RUF Giving and Donor Services, P.O. Box 890004, Charlotte, North Carolina 28289-0004.

Who Is Izzy Essary?
Elizabeth Essary also known as Izzy is a native of Nashville, Tennessee, but reside in Los Angeles, California. She went to Harpeth Hall School and is a 2019 graduate of The University of Alabama. It’s contagious to see how much love other people have for Izzy, and it’s a great opportunity to learn more about the lovely person she was. Izzy always made the most of each day by enjoying her life to the fullest and getting the most out of each minute she was given.
Before enrolling at her alma mater, the University of Alabama, she received her elementary and secondary education at The Oak Hill School and The Harpeth Hall School. In 2019, she received her bachelor’s degree in Art History from the University of Alabama. After she received her diploma, she entered the Reformed University Fellowship program at the University of Southern California and worked there as an intern. Izzy was loved and revered by the college students at USC, and she was able to share the love of Christ as well as the truth of the Gospel with them. Izzy was working as an influencer manager for Sway Social at the time this sentence was written.
