According to reports, the crash happened on the Interstate 495. Xavier Irizarry was a resident of Middletown, Orange County, New York. He was originally from The Bronx. The RCMP is looking into a fatal Sunday night motorbike accident involving a moose. The RCMP stated in a press release issued on Tuesday that they were notified of the crash just before midnight on Sunday. The incident occurred on Newfoundland’s southern shore, namely in the town of Aquaforte on Route 10. According to the RCMP, upon their arrival, police and paramedics discovered the body of the lone motorcyclist at the scene. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner was alerted, and a police department crash analyst was present. According to the RCMP, their probe is ongoing. Other information has not been made public.

Yesterday afternoon, a deadly car accident occurred on James Monroe Highway at Tail Race Road in Aldie, and the sheriff’s office in neighboring Loudoun County is now looking into it. A motorcycle, a pick-up truck pulling a horse trailer, and an SUV were all involved in a collision on May 28, 2023, about 3:00 p.m., and deputies were called to the scene. As far as can be determined from the preliminary inquiry, the motorbike entered the roadway into oncoming traffic, collided with the truck, and then caused the truck to lose control and collide with the SUV.
Thomas A. Miller, 61, of Charles Town, West Virginia, and Pedro J. Sera-Leyva, 68, of Leesburg, Virginia, were both killed in the collision. The pick-up driver was taken to the hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries. None of the horses were hurt. Assistance was provided at the scene by the Virginia State Police and the Loudoun County Animal Services. At this time, the cause of the crash remains unknown.
