Wyatt Eaves-Nibert has died: Missing West Virginia boy found dead after Mason Co. shooting

Family members and friends mourn the death of missing 10-year-old last seen on Saturday morning in Point Pleasant, West Virginia

Wyatt Eaves-Nibert Death – Wyatt Eaves-Nibert, a missing 10-year-old boy from West Virginia has been found dead after fatal shooting by the officials after the search for him with the hope of finding him safely. He was reported missing to the Mason County Sheriff’s office early on Saturday morning in Point Pleasant, West Virginia. He attended Roosevelt Elementary School in Point Pleasant, West Virginia, and was in the fifth grade there. The family members and friends mourn the death of the young promising child.

Wyatt Eaves-Nibert passed away

On Sunday, his body was discovered dead with a single gunshot wound to the head. Wyatt Eaves-Nibert was reported missing to the officials few hours after his grandfather was involved in an ATV accident. MetroNews confirmed that Wyatt was in possession of a.22 caliber rifle at the time of the accident. The investigators have not commented on whether or not they suspect foul involvement.

Adrienne reported to WCHS that her son had a close relationship with his grandfather and that the two often went hunting together for squirrels. Wyatt had been enjoying lunch with his grandfather when Wyatt announced that he was going to go on a walk to search for squirrels, according to the family members.

Adrienne shared that once the cleaning was done, Wyatt’s grandfather called out for him, but he was unable to locate his grandson. Franklin Scott Eaves of Gallipolis Ferry, West Virginia, and Adrienne Dawn (Jason) Nibert of Point Pleasant, West Virginia are his parents. He was born on June 17, 2013, in Point Pleasant, West Virginia. His parents, two brothers, two grandparents, three great-grandparents, and one great-great-grandmother are the only members of his extended family to have survived his passing.

At the time, he attended Roosevelt Elementary School in Mason County and was in the fifth grade there. According to WSAZ 3, Wyatt’s remains was sent to the State Medical Examiner’s Office so that further inquiries might be conducted there. Condolences are been sent to the family members and friends of 10-year-old Wyatt Eaves-Nibert found dead in West Virginia.
