A three-vehicle incident occurred early Tuesday morning, at about 12:38 a.m. in northwest Miami-Dade, which has resulted in the death of a woman and the hospitalization of two men. The crash took place in the area of Northwest 113th Street and 27th Avenue.
Report says Two males were taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center in critical condition. and a lady was confirmed dead at the scene.
The moment of impact was captured on surveillance video from a neighboring gas station, with car components flying into the camera’s view. You witness police and fire rescue arrive a few minutes later. All three automobiles were eventually taken away.

One of the cars had run into a Root Beer Breakfast Bar, and a big hole was left in the Root Beer Breakfast Bar next door to the gas station. The cause of the accident is still being investigated.
To investigate the three-vehicle incident, traffic homicide detectives diverted traffic in both directions on 27th Avenue near Miami Dade College’s North Campus.
