Juan Charco, the arrested suspect, was charged with second-degree murder and attempted second-degree murder. He is currently being held on a $1.5 million bond. Following his apprehension by law enforcement and subsequent release, Alberto Charco declared that the vehicle was being towed from Georgia due to its abandonment.
The dispute began when the brothers Charco repossessed the car, which had been initially owned by Juan Charco but had been purchased by Loritts.
