In the past two decades, she has spent her time working in a variety of jobs for a wide range of companies and transportation companies. She has extensive expertise working with medical, dental, vision, disability, and life benefits, in addition to COBRA, FMLA, ADA, and other issues pertaining to benefits.
In addition to that, she has a large amount of experience working with Medicare and providing individualized assessments and solutions. Her experience also includes working in labor relations and drafting contracts. She has a lot of credentials. The legacy that Vicki has left behind at Sylvania Schools will live on forever.

Many people who have had the honor of working with her see her as a dear friend, despite the fact that it has been three years since she was on the board of directors. Vicki Donovan Lyle was a lovely friend who had a strong commitment to the field of public education and to helping others in the neighborhood. She had a deep respect for faculty.
