According to Escambia Academy‘s Facebook post online, “Today we have learned about the passing of Tyler Ray Cloud, a 2021 graduate of Escambia Academy. With a very heavy heart I want to share what this young man meant to us because he was much more than a graduate.
The day Tyler arrived at EA I never imagined how much he would end up meaning to us. Tyler had a courageous streak in him that showed in all he did. He was competitive to the core, epitomized by his first catch in the 2020 State Championship game. Tyler was a man of spirit as was displayed on his gold medal victory at 800m in the State Track meet his senior year. But more importantly Tyler was devoted to his craft and was a leader on our teams at Escambia Academy. Tyler was loved by the people he touched and worked for.”
