Death: Tugi Tagoilelagi, 44, Killed In A Car Accident – After losing control of his truck on Saturday, April 16, night, a Bentonville man died. Tugi Tagoilelagi, 44, was traveling west on McNelly Rd. near Rolling Hills just before 8 p.m., according to an Arkansas State Police crash report.

According to 5newsonline.com, Tagoilelagi was ejected from his Dodge RAM when it drove off the road and hit a culvert before striking a tree and becoming airborne. According to the investigation, the road was clear and dry at the time of the accident.
