At approximately 9:15 o’clock in the evening, a report of a fire was received by the Sacramento Fire Department in the 7900 block of Albion Way, according to the report. The information provided by a representative of the fire department indicates that there were three people present inside the home when the incident took place. A woman in her 70s was found to have passed away as a result of the fire, while a man in his 50s was taken to the hospital for treatment of burns to his feet. Another person who was exposed to the fire went voluntarily to the hospital to obtain treatment for smoke inhalation. This person was also affected by the fire. At this time, the origin of the fire cannot be determined.
