Tracy Lechner Death – Tracy Lechner, a victim of domestic violence that occurred outside of her home passed away. She died at age 42 after a shooting that took place early on Thursday morning in Englewood. Her husband, 45-year-old David Samuel Lechner was arrested on “domestic violence homicide” charges. Around eight o’clock on Thursday morning, deputies were called to a residence located in the 5200 block of South Geneva Drive. Upon arrival, the officials found her dead on the driveway.

David Lechner was taken into custody by deputies and is being investigated for first-degree murder, felony aggravated assault with a gun, and a misdemeanor allegation of domestic violence. According to the documents submitted to the court, Lechner served Tracy Lee Lechner with a petition for divorce on January 10, 2020. The investigation of the couple, which reveals that they have offspring, has been going on for three years. According to the records, the “trial/hearings” that took place on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each had exhibits that were filed for them. There is a notation that the case has been “suppressed.”

David, Tracy’s ex-husband, has been taken into custody on suspicion of murder and charges related to domestic abuse. Temple Emanuel Denver posted about Tracy’s death on Facebook stating that “due to the nature of Tracy’s death and the shock waves that it has spurred in our community, the Temple clergy will be holding a special session for parents and children at Temple Emanuel on Monday night at 5:00PM to help our community process through this terrible tragedy.”
