Shell shocked. I don’t know what the details are, whether he was ill or an accident. I can’t say enough about this guy – he was one of my genuine mentors, one of my hero’s to be honest. I will write something lengthy and meaningful when I get a chance – he deserves all the praise he gets. Vale Toby you were and remain a legend.”
