Clarke, Tiffany Lee – age 50 of Bedford, passed away at the QEII Health Sciences Centre, VG site on March 17, 2022. Born in Montreal, Quebec on August 13, 1971; she was a daughter to Fred and Joyce Clarke. Although born in Montreal, Tiffany lived in Atlantic Canada most of her life (Newfoundland and Nova Scotia). A Graduate of Charles P Allen High School, Bedford NS.
She went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Mary’s University, a Bachelor of Education from Acadia University, a Master of Education from Mount Saint Vincent University, and an Education Technology Diploma from Cape Breton University. She taught abroad in Japan for 10 years and traveled extensively throughout Asia and the UK. Tiffany worked for the HRSB for 16 years.
She was a role model for students and teachers alike. In 2015 earned the Halifax County Local INSPIRE award. Over the past several years she taught at Rocky Lake Junior High School in Bedford. She was a dedicated student-centered teacher who cherished their successes.
Left with many loving memories are her parents, Fred and Joyce; brother Travis Clarke; aunt Hazel McClymont; cousins Leslie, Linda, and Laura McClymont; also by a large circle of friends and coworkers who will miss her dearly. Predeceased by her maternal grandmother Daisy (Ross) Pickering; paternal grandparents Nathaniel and Sarah (Mansfield) Clarke.
In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at the Atlantic Funeral Home, Sackville Chapel (125 Sackville Dr. Lower Sackville) on Thursday, March 24, 2022, from 2-4 pm & 6-8 pm. A memorial service will be held from the Atlantic Funeral Homes, Sackville Chapel on Friday, March 25, 2022, at 2 pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Tiffany’s memory can be made to a bursary that has been set up in Tiffany’s name.
This will be awarded to a Rocky Lake Junior High School alum graduating grade 12 for the next 4 years. This recipient will share Tiffany’s values and beliefs. Tiffany believed in altruism and kindness, connection, and looking after one another.
