Theresa Boylan Death – Hair Designs by Kim Stylist Theresa Boylan of Hackettstown, New Jersey has died at Karen Ann Quinlan of Fredon, NJ. She passed away after a lengthy battle with cancer on Thursday 27th April 2023 at the age of 48 leaving, family, friends and colleagues in shock. She was confirmed dead through a publication made on Facebook that says “It is with great sadness to have to inform our clients that we have lost one of our own”.

She was born on September 11th in Syracuse, New York. She was born to her parents, Margaret (Valdez) Kishpaugh and Eugene Kishpaugh. Her most recent place of employment was as a hairstylist at Hair Designs by Kim in Hackettstown, New Jersey 07840. Whether she was working as a volunteer for the soccer club or serving as President of the Great Meadows PTO, Theresa was an integral member of the Hackettstown and Independence community.
On Thursday, April 20th, 2023, Kerrie Sherwood started a GoFundMe campaign with the intention of collecting monetary contributions to provide assistance for Theresa Boylan’s medical expenses and other expenses. The goal of the account was to achieve a total of $50,000, but so far it has only succeeded in collecting $39,495 thanks to the contributions of 392 different people. A statement from the account says “Theresa Boylan has been fighting breast cancer since 2016. It has been a very rough and long road for her, her husband Dave, and their children, Jack and Ava”.

She is survived by her devoted husband, David Boylan , her cherished children, Jack and Ava Boylan, her loving parents, Eugene and Margaret (Valdez) Kishpaugh, 2 brothers, Gerald “Butch” Smith, Michael Kishpaugh and wife Linda, two sisters, Susan Snyder and husband David, Charlotte “June” Connolly and husband Marty, many nieces and nephews who she was extremely close with.
The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High Street, Hackettstown, N.J. with Pastor Bart Young officiating. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, Hackettstown following the service. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 2, 2023 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ.
