Deputy Laurens County Coroner Ashely Rushton made the determination that Daniel Tisdale, who was 49 years old and lived in Laurens, had passed away at the scene. At approximately 2:45 in the morning, a tractor-trailer driven by Tisdale is said to have collided with a tree on Leesville Church Road.
