New Information Emerges As Search For Missing Montco Mother Continues:
Authorities and family members said the hunt for a missing Montgomery County lady, who hasn’t been seen in more than a month, is still going on in the area. Christi Troiano, 56, has been missing since she departed her Souderton, Pennsylvania, family’s house early on April 25.
Over the weekend, her family issued an updated missing person flier with fresh information. After making threats to hurt herself, Troiano left around 12:30 in her black 2009 Acura TL, according to her family and the police. Family members claimed they thought she was simply going out to get a pack of cigarettes at the time.
Authorities stated that they were pursuing “a few leads” in their most recent update, but none had yet yielded results. “We appreciate everyone who has been checking us out, spreading the news, and helping the family. It is greatly welcomed, according to a statement from the Souderton Police Department. “Unfortunately, there are no new search-related developments. Since we don’t know for sure where she might be, we can’t launch a targeted search without a beginning point.
In the event that Christi is discovered, the family will be able to promptly place her in protective custody because to the mental health warrant they were able to obtain. Police stated that they are still looking into her disappearance as a missing persons investigation because there is no proof that a crime was committed
