According to reports, Taquinta Monique and Sloudies Keith Mosely died at a hotel located in the area of the 1800 block of Martin Luther King Boulevard. Authorities say a housekeeper discovered two bodies inside a room after resuming housekeeping. According to law enforcement agencies, arriving officers pronounced the two individuals dead from an apparent gunshot wound.
Law enforcement agencies identified the male 36-year-old Sloudies Keith Mosely as the shooter, police say he died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Investigators believe the shooting was prompted by a possible domestic dispute. Police determined that Keith shot and killed Taquinta Monique before turning the weapon on himself. The person who called 911 said that a housekeeper had found a dead man and a dead woman in a hotel room.
When the police got there, they found two people who had been shot dead. At the scene, both were said to be dead. Early research showed that the man was Sloudies Keith Mosley, 36, from Houma. The woman’s name wasn’t given out because her family still needed to be told. Detectives say they found the bodies of two people in a Terrebonne Parish hotel room.
