Tanner House Death – Tanner House of Albemarle, North Carolina, passed away following a motor vehicle accident in Stanly County. According to reports, the fatal crash on Tuesday, June 20, 2023. Jed Drye of Albemarle, North Carolina, wrote on Facebook that Tanner was not only his neighbor majority of his life but their little homie for life, they always took him with them because they always enjoyed having their little bro, Tanner brought joy to everyone. Talk about a goodtime every day was a good time for them boys, hanging out in the shop teaching Tanner as a young kid how to fix his dirtbike and taking him riding or just being silly they always had each others backs.
“You grew up to be so smart and the hardest working young man, I’m proud of the man you became and ima miss you so much my friend please watch over us down here and tell my mother hello for me bud. R.I.P tanner house #198 forever in my heart. If everyone would please keep his family and friends in your prayers during this tragic time,” Jed Drye concluded.

An automobile accident that occurred along Highway 73 in Albemarle on Wednesday morning resulted in the death of a man from Concord, according to the North Carolina State Highway Patrol. According to the state police, Steven Hand, 50, was travelling on Highway 73 between Hatley Farm Road and Austin Road at approximately 8:00 a.m. when he moved into the left lane, causing his vehicle to collide with a tractor-trailer. The tractor-trailer lost control and overturned after going off the road’s right shoulder.
According to the NCSHP, Hand succumbed to his injuries and died, whilst the driver of the tractor-trailer remained unharmed. The trailer was loaded with PVC deck railing, which resulted in some of it spilling out onto the road and the Highway Patrol having to seal off a piece of it. The inquiry into what caused the crash is still ongoing at this time.
