A heavy police presence is currently on Vincennes Street, between Spring and Main streets following reports of an active shooter. According to reports, the incident happened at approximately 11:30 a.m. Multiple departments including the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office are on the scene where everyone has been urged to avoid at this time.
