Susan Marie Jenkins, 68, of Eagan died in a car crash Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 1, at the intersection of Highway 3 and 280th Street, according to the State Patrol.
The vehicle crash that took the life of Susan also injured a Farmington woman outside the Castle Rock & Roll Bar and Grill in Castle Rock, according to Minnesota State Patrol. Jenkins died at the scene, according to the State Patrol.

HomeTownSource reported that Jenkins was driving northbound on Highway 3 when she collided with a Toyota RAV4 driven by Farmington resident Belicia Alexis Pierre, 19, who had halted at the junction before continuing on through, according to the police.
Pierre’s injuries were not life-threatening. She did not appear to be inebriated, according to the State Patrol.
