Steve Sellers Obituary, Death – We are saddened to share that GCA’s Director of Communications, Steve Sellers, has passed away after an extended stay in the hospital. Steve was a great friend to our industry and those of us lucky to have known him will be forever touched by his easy smile, loyal friendship and Christian example.
According to Georgia Cattlemen’s Association, Steve’s memorial service will be held on Sunday, April 24, 2022, at First Baptist Church Lake Park. Visitation will be at 1:00pm and the service will be held at 2:00pm. The family would like to invite any out of town family and friends that wish to come early, to join them for their regular worship service at 10:30am.
Following the worship service, the family will have lunch provided for their out of town guests, before visitation begins. They will be dressed in jeans and boots, so please come casual. The family has asked in lieu of flowers to make a donation to the Georgia Cattlemen’s Association Foundation which will go towards Georgia Junior Cattlemen’s Association’s activities.
