Stabbing in Solihull – On Tuesday, 31st of May 2022, a stabbing in Solihull town centre left an unidentified man with non life threatening injuries. Reports states that the man was transported to hospital with head injuries which are not believed to be serious. Authorities disclosed that the stabbing incident occurred on High Street, Solihull, shortly after 3.30pm on Tuesday.
Many took to social media to report that incident. Some post revealed that young men were being searched by uniformed officers at the scene of the crime. West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman mentioned in a release that at 3.43pm on Tuesday, officers were dispatched to reports of a stabbing on Solihull High Street. One ambulance, a paramedic officer and the West Midlands CARE Team responded to the scene and found one man with non-life threatening injuries. Reports states that they rendered aid to the injured man and he was conveyed to hospital for further treatment.
West Midlands Police spokesperson said in a release; “We were called to a disorder in High Street, Solihull, at around 3.40pm on May 31. Officers attended and found a man in his 50s had suffered a head injury, which is not believed to be life-threatening. He was being taken to hospital for further checks. We spoke to a number of people at the scene and confirmed their details before the group was dispersed.
