The beloved teenager died from suicide on Thursday, September 13, 2023. The Ventura County communities and the Simi Valley High School is mourning the death of the cheerful student who everyone described as a beautiful teenager who was talented, dedicated, loving, and very hardworking. Sophia was a beautiful young girl who just wanted to live.
The tragic incident happened late Thursday. The family did not confirm if Sophia has a long known mental anxieties battles before the incident. Sophia was a student of Simi Valley High School.
