UNT College of Music wrote on Facebook; “With profound sadness, the University of North Texas College of Music shares the news of the death of DMA voice student Sierra McCorvey. Today, the UNT Flag at the library South Lawn will be lowered in her honor for seven days then will be presented to her family. Sierra was a graduate assistant in the College of Music admissions office. She received the BM and MM from Youngstown State University. Service arrangements will be announced by the family.”
