This was my mother’s voice. Mrs. Suzanne M Plumley died in a beautiful setting, The Abraham House, on Thursday morning. It was unexpected, but I’d like to assume she had a happy life. She was a significant figure in my life and the person who offered me a second shot. At the age of nine months, I was brought to her and my father.
At the age of nine, she was adopted as her own child. Along with three other kids. From the time I was a toddler, through adolescence, and into adolescence, I was disturbed. This woman never stopped believing in me. Despite my difficulties, my father and mother raised me to be a respectful and kind woman and provided me with all I needed.
