As a result of a shooting in Waterbury, a guy has been killed. When officers arrived at the scene on Wood Street at approximately 9:49 a.m. on Monday, they discovered the victim.
According to the police, the man was taken to a hospital, but he tragically passed away as a result of the injuries he sustained.
Investigations are being conducted by major crimes detectives in Waterbury.
The investigators are of the opinion that this was a singular occurrence, and there is no threat to the general public.
