Shooting In Frayser-Man Critically Injured :Over the long weekend, there was a shooting in West Haven that left one person injured. Before 6 p.m. on Monday, police were called to a residence on Peck Avenue in reference to a shooting incident.
One patient was sent to Yale New Haven Hospital, according to municipal officials, for treatment on a leg wound that was not life-threatening. There is no public threat, according to the authorities, who believe the shooting to have been an isolated act.
Peck Avenue was partially blocked up as police investigated. From then, it has reopened.
