Braswell High School Lockdown Investigations – The Braswell High School in Little Elm, Texas has been placed on lockdown following unconfirmed claims of a shooting Wednesday. According to reports, the Dr. Ray Braswell High School located on E University Dr, Aubrey, TX has been placed on secured status after reports of a shooting in the area. At the time no one is allowed inside or outside of the school campus. The investigating law enforcement agencies have not released any details in connection to the ongoing incident.
Following the incident, the Denton Independent School District is yet to release any official statement. Braswell High School Principal sent an email to all parents stating that the school has been placed on lock out. There are no active shooter or shooting confirmations at this time.

Today in response to Braswell High School being placed on lockdown, Navo went into lockout at around 12:05. A lockout is when all students are brought back into the building, and no one is allowed in or out of the building. Students were free to move around the building and instruction continued. At around 12:17, the Little Elm PD lifted the lockout. Students were dismissed as usual.
