Death: Sharmaine Legaspi, 17, Killed Car Accident On Murrieta – The Riverside County Sheriff-Bureau Coroner has named a Murrieta adolescent who died in a car accident on Easter night, but few details about the incident were immediately available. The coroner said that Sharmaine Legaspi, 17, was killed in a single-vehicle crash at 10:50 p.m. on Murrieta Hot Springs Road, just east of Whitewood Road. At the scene, she was pronounced deceased.
According to patch.com, It’s unclear if Legaspi was a passenger or the driver of the vehicle. There have been no arrests that have been made public. According to Murrieta Police Lt. Jeremy Durrant, a press release about the crash will be issued soon.
As part of the investigation into the deadly crash, westbound Murrieta Hot Springs Road between Old School House and Whitewood Road was closed until Monday morning.
