Sean Springer Death – A Fort Dodge man has died following a deadly all-terrain vehicle (ATV) rollover accident that happened on Sunday night on a granular-surface road north of Minburn. The victim has been identified as Sean Springer. According to reports, Sean Springer, a resident of 118 N. 22nd St., Fort Dodge, Iowa passed away from injuries sustained in the crash. The accident occurred at approximately 7:30 p.m.
How did the crash happen?
Sean was reportedly driving north on U.S. Highway 169 and turned east on 170th Street. His car left the road and went into the north ditch of 170th Street. Dallas County EMS took care of a second person in the car who had minor injuries at the scene. He was reportedly travelling with family members when the accident occurred.
How did Sean Springer die?
Along with Springer’s vehicle, there was a second ATV. The cause of the accident that killed someone is being looked into right now. The Dallas County Sheriff’s Office said speed and alcohol may have played a role in the accident, but the investigation is still going on. The Iowa State Patrol, Dallas County Sheriff’s office, Perry Police Department, Minburn First Responders, Minburn Fire and Rescue, Dallas County EMS and Mercy One Medical Center responded.
Who was Sean Springer?
Sean Springer was born and raised in Fort Dodge, Iowa. He graduated from Grand View University. Sean was the owner of Vincent Bar & Grill, B & L Drive Thru and Midwest Medical Rides, LLC. Springer was described by a friend as a young local business owner with a promising future. He was a great guy, friend, and son.

According to the reports from the Iowa State Patrol, a collision on Tuesday morning between a semitrailer and an SUV resulted in the death of one person. The collision took place around twenty miles north of Fort Dodge, at the crossroads of United States Route 169 and 170th Street.
Fort Dodge resident Coi Nguyen, 54 years old, was heading southward in the SUV he was driving when, according to the troopers, he lost control of the vehicle. The passenger side of the SUV was struck when it drove into the path of a semitrailer that was travelling in the northbound direction. Nguyen was pronounced dead at the hospital. According to the Iowa State Patrol’s assessment, the incident was caused in part by icy roads.
