Sara Nowak Death – Palmyran Sara Jean (Cartwright) passed away on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at age 42. A vehicle accident resulted in the death of Sara Nowak just hours after she had buried her husband, Louis J. Nowak, II. Louis passed away from cancer days before Sara Nowak’s death. They have six children who they are leaving behind. The car accident happened in Wisconsin and Sara was pronounced dead by the officials.

Sara Cartwright’s parents, Randal and Patricia (Meindel) gave birth to her on May 23, 1980, in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. On November 11, 2000, Sara wed Peter Kowalski; on September 2, 2017, she wed Louis J. Nowak, II. Sara did not have any acquaintances beyond her immediate family that loved her so much. Because there was always more room, her home was never completely occupied. She did not only valued, but thrived on, her relationships with those closest to her.
The word “no” did not exist in Sara’s vocabulary. Sara had the nicest hugs in the world. Her humor could make anyone chuckle. No one could make a supper as good as hers if you were hungry. Most of all, Sara cherished the times she was able to go on exciting adventures with Louie and the kids.
There is no denying she has left a hole that can never be filled, but the family members take comfort in the knowledge that she will never be far from their side. The funeral will be place at Thelen Funeral Services, located at W309S4840 Commercial Drive in North Prairie/Genesee (at the northwest corner of Hwys 83 and 59) on Friday, April 14, 2023 at 11:00 AM. On Thursday, April 13, 2023, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and on Friday, April 14, 2023, from 9:30 AM to the time of services, friends and family can pay their respects to Sara.
The family requests that memorial contributions be sent to them in place of flowers to be given out at a later time. Sara is survived by her children, Stephen (Katelyn), Brooke (Nick), Hunter, and Austin Kowalski; her bonus children, Stephen (Abby) and Matthew (Lillian) Nowak; her brothers, Adam (Mayra) and Allen Cartwright.
