Sandra Badie Death – Judo Club of Soumoulou licensed athlete and World Jujutsu champion Sandra Badie has sadly passed away. She died at the age of 31on Friday 19th May 2023 leaving loved ones in shock. She was announced dead in a publication that reads “It is with deep sadness that we learn of the premature death of world ju-jitsu champion SANDRA BADIE”. The details surrounding the cause of her death has not been known at this time.

Sandra Badie Career

After successfully retaining her title as the French champion of combat ju-jitsu in the category of -48 kg and after having also won the Grand Prix de Paris in April, Sandra Badie earned bronze at the European championships that were held in Israel. Sandra Badie also recently won the Grand Prix de Paris. At the European Championships in 2021, the silver medal was awarded to a 31-year-old judoka who was licensed at the Soumoulou Judo Club.

In addition, she was chosen to compete for France at the World Games, which will take place in the United States this summer. The World Games are the international competition that roughly corresponds to the Olympic Games. Sandra was a legendary character in the sport of Ju-Jitsu, serving as a model for doggedness, ability, and endurance throughout her career.
