Sam is survived by her parents, Thomas and Julie Salyers of Evansport, her sons, Kogan Estel and Lenox DeMoulin of Evansport, her siblings, Jennifer (Shawn) Wickerham of Stryker, Michael (Megan Sell) Salyers of Ney and Patience Wagner of Evansport, her grandmothers, Ruth Gideon of Evansport and Leona Salyers of Continental, her best friend, James Hutchinson of Montpelier, and her nieces and nephews, Alexia, Braylen, Callie, Kale and Reid. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Allen Johnson, Everette Salyers and Stephen Gideon. All services for Sam will be private.
