Ryan McNealus Death – Former drummer and Percussionist Ryan McNealus has passed away suddenly. Ryan McNealus, the beloved father to Leah Zimmerman was announced dead on Tuesday, the 11th of April 2023. He died at the age of 43. Ryan of Canandaigua, New York was a perfect example of what it means to be a wonderful person. He had a calming presence and was extremely kind, he touched the hearts of so many and was an inspiration to everyone who knew him.
So far, no official news on his cause of death has been released. “It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Leah’s dad, Ryan McNealus yesterday. This was unexpected and appreciate everyone’s understanding as we navigate through these next few days. Funeral arrangements are being made and will be announced in the next day or so. Who was Ryan McNealus?
Ryan McNealus born on January 5th, 1980 was raised in Canandaigua, New York. He graduated from Finger Lakes Community College in 2022 where he majored in Computer Science Engineering. Ryan was a Restaurant Server at Rio Tomatlan and Percussionist at Banned From the Tavern. He was also a well-known jazz influenced drummer. He learned from Rich Thompson, an Eastman School of Music teacher when he was young.
He has played with many bands over the years, such as Naked Grey, Tree Fort, The Kristen Maxfield band, and Faze-3. He has also played drums in a lot of local neighbourhood bands. Carter Beauford, John Fishman, Neil Peart, Stewart Copeland, and Steve Gadd are some of the people who have influenced Ryan. Ryan was a basic drummer who has studied all kinds of music. This has given him the skills to play funk, jazz, rock, Latin, and other styles with clear precision.
