The young woman’s body was discovered in the sea at the Knardijk in Lelystad a week after she vanished from home. Al Najjar was last spotted in Joure on May 22.
Her body was discovered in the water near the Knardijk in Lelystad on May 28. She had been killed in a crime. The police launched an extensive investigation, which led them to two suspects: a 22-year-old guy from Joure and a 24-year-old male from Leeuwarden. On Monday, police apprehended the two guys in Joure.
They are under restricted custody, which means that they can only communicate with their lawyers. The cops are investigating how. Al Najjar died, and what happened between her disappearance on May 22 and her body being discovered. Investigators requested witnesses to come forward.
