Ruben Israel, a resident of Los Angeles, California was announced dead through social media publication. Ruben Israel died on Saturday, the 17th of June 2023 at approximately 5:00 am. Ruben Israel was also the world’s greatest street preacher at SOAPA 2018 Cincinnati. Many were shocked and devastated by the loss of a beloved husband, father, brother and uncle.
