Rory Teiffel Car Accident – On Easter Sunday, a car that was carrying three people flipped over in the region of north-east Victoria, causing one of the passengers to pass away and critically injuring the other two passengers. At approximately 7.15 p.m., emergency services were dispatched to the intersection of Greta Road and Clarkes Lane in Wangaratta, where a car had been involved in an accident and had come to a stop in a paddock.
Condition of the victims
One of the three people riding in the vehicle, a 26-year-old man from Beaconsfield who was one of the passengers, passed away at the scene. Another man, also from Beaconsfield and 24 years old, sustained injuries that were considered to be life-threatening and had to be evacuated to the hospital.
In addition, a male from Wangaratta who was 16 years old and suffering from critical injuries was taken to the hospital. The man who was driving the vehicle, a 23-year-old man from Wangaratta, was brought to a hospital in the area. After suffering injuries that are not considered to be life-threatening, he is under the protection of the police.
Investigation ongoing
The detectives from the Major Collision Investigation Unit are looking into the rollover as part of their investigation. During the night, the area was blocked off so that it could be evaluated; on Monday, additional investigations are scheduled to take place at the scene.

The 27-year-old quad bike rider died at the scene, while the 24-year-old male motorbike rider was transported interstate for treatment. A single-car rollover involving four individuals at Hermannsburg, west of the Alice, killed another man early Saturday. Easter Sunday saw three more deadly accidents in regional Western Australia, South Australia, and Tasmania, including a 16-year-old teenager.
A Honda station vehicle hit a tree 75km south of Adelaide early Sunday, killing the teenager. On Sunday morning in Bell Bay, a 29-year-old lady lost control of a Mitsubishi Magna on the East Tamar Highway in Tasmania. Two hours south of Perth, a Mitsubishi Pajero off the Bussell Highway hit a tree, killing a 59-year-old. A head-on incident south of Townsville killed one and badly injured two on Monday. After a vehicle crossed the road and hit a Toyota 4WD on Goodsell Rd, Cungulla, police came. The car driver died in the collision and the 4WD passengers were hospitalized.
