Ronald Kinard and Grace Kinard Death – Officials believe that the husband killed his wife before turning the gun on himself, resulting in the couple’s tragic deaths in York County. On Saturday, April 8, the York County Coroner’s office was called to Sunrise Avenue in response to reports of a gunshot that resulted in the deaths of two people. Both the Hellam Township Police Department and the County Forensics Office would be responsible for conducting the investigation.
It was found that Ronald Kinard, 85, shot his wife Grace, 81, inside the residence before taking his own life outside the building. This was according to the investigation conducted by the police. Both individuals were found to be deceased upon arrival at the site by the York County Coroner.

The three fatalities discovered in West Manchester Township on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, were a planned murder-suicide, according to the York County Coroner. Pamela Gay, the coroner for York County, reported that the incident happened in the 2000 block of Loman Avenue. The three victims have been identified by the coroner as James Daub, 62, Deborah Daub, 59, and Morgan Daub, 26. James and Deborah were married and Morgan’s parents, according to the coroner.
According to the study, Morgan Daub’s death was determined to be a suicide, while James and Deborah Daub’s deaths were determined to be homicides. Three of the victims of headshots all passed away. According to the coroner’s report, all three family members had pre-planned their deaths based on a thorough investigation and evidence discovered at the scene, including messages from the deceased.
The York County Forensic Unit and investigators spent several hours at the house. All three deceased persons’ next of kin have been notified. There is currently no threat to the public because the situation is being investigated. The coroner reported that the three victims were pronounced dead at 11:54 a.m. No autopsies will be performed, according to the coroner.
Ronald Kinard and Grace Kinard’s obituary and funeral arrangements will be released by the family at a later date.
