Robert was a dear friend of Annie’s who she always looked forward to meeting at Feises she judged for him, or major competitions.”

Robert was an Irish Dance Teacher who worked with The McBride Irish Dancers, a Dance Studio located in San Ramon, California He was described as “kind, warm, funny, reasonable, talented, hard working, a very talented.” He was known to always be a huge encouragement to all those who had the privilege of learning under him and working with him. He was a legend and mentor to many.

Devastated does not begin to describe the how we feel about the passing of our dear Robert. Our hearts are broken, but full of the wonderful memories of the times we have had with him. I will be forever grateful for the things he taught Kathryn, not just about dance but also so many life lessons learned through his wisdom and mentorship.
