After being arrested in connection with the incident, the driver of the second car, a 29-year-old guy, was uninjured and released under investigation.

“Rob was an agricultural contractor who loved his job and appreciated passing on his years of expertise by mentoring many of his work colleagues,” his family stated in a tribute.
