At the scene, emergency personnel pronounced the deaths of six females and female adolescents. According to the authorities, all of the victims were discovered outside of the overturned vehicle after having apparently been ejected from the vehicle during the collision. The Tennessee Highway Patrol reported that none of the people who were thrown from the vehicle had been wearing seatbelts at the time of the accident.

Who died in the accident?

Tania Rodriguez, age 21, and Rina Reyes, age 35, were named as two of the victims by the Texas Highway Patrol on Monday. The ages of the other four victims were given as one year old, three years old, five years old, and 12 years old respectively. It was determined that Rodriguez was the one operating the vehicle.

Another woman, who has been identified as Saira Reyes and is 34 years old, was found to be injured and is currently in critical condition. The investigation has led the investigators to believe that she was also thrown from the vehicle. According to the officials, she was given medical attention at the scene before being airlifted to a nearby hospital.

According to the authorities, a male passenger who has been identified as 18-year-old Anthony Gellardo is currently in stable condition with minor injuries. According to RCEMS, he was transported to a nearby hospital in an ambulance. Initial statements made by RCEMS on Sunday night indicated that the organization believed the victims “appeared to have ranged in age from 1-18 years.”
