On Tuesday, May 23, a 10-year-old cyclist was killed when he hit a school bus on Thunder Bay’s north side. The accident was caused by an impact on the bus. The accident happened at the corner of Red River Road and Clarkson Street South, so the first officers went there right away.
Just after 8:40 a.m., news came in about the crash between the school bus and the young rider. The child was taken quickly to the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre for urgent care.
