Riann Curry Death – 18-year-old killed in a park gunfight

Riann Curry was identified as the woman by Phoenix police. She was shot many times at a park, according to witnesses.

Early Sunday morning, an 18-year-old woman was killed in a shootout in a park near 19th Avenue and Roeser Road.

According to abc15.com, Witnesses claim that they attempted to transport Curry to a hospital, but instead decided to pull over around 35th Avenue and Lincoln Street and ask for assistance.

Curry was rushed to the hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries. The investigation is still going on. There have been no arrests or suspect descriptions issued by the police.
