Raymond Speer, a California man, was killed in an automobile accident near Orcutt

Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office reported on Tuesday, 15th of February, 2022, that Raymond Speer, who was a resident of Orcutt, California, was the victim who died in the fatal single-vehicle accident that occured in Orcutt around 6p.m.

Speer collided with a tree at a high rate at the Clark Avenue off-ramp in Orcutt, causing the accident. Raymond Speer, 49, was reportedly pronounced dead as a result of the event.
