He died after a deadly ATV accident that took place in Latimer County on Monday 4th September 2023, He was confirmed dead through a post that reads “Our deepest sympathies go out to the family, friends, and fellow officers of Choctaw Nation Lighthorseman Rance Warren whom tragically lost his life today”.
