Ramon Quinones death, Passenger, 16, killed in I-384 accident

Ramon Quinones, 16, was the passenger who died in a single-car collision on Saturday, according to state police.

The collision happened around 5 a.m. Saturday on Interstate 384 between exits 1 and 2. The vehicle was traveling east when the driver lost control and collided with a tree in the median, according to state police.

Quinones, who was in the rear seat, was declared dead at the scene. Two other individuals in the vehicle were injured and sent to the hospital. Quinones’ hometown was not revealed by the police.
