Death: victim of a fatal shooting at West End home; reward being offered – Raheem Brantley, 35, was named as the victim of Monday night’s fatal gunshot during a press conference held by Johnstown police chief Richard Pritchard on Wednesday morning. Brantley was shot inside a bedroom at a home in the city’s West End just before 11 p.m. Monday, according to authorities.
