Purdue student Adonis Tuggle was named as the victim on social media. He said on Instagram Wednesday, “I NEED HELP!!!”

In a now-viral video, a Purdue University police officer is accused of making a forceful arrest of a guy.

Adonis Tuggle, according to social media, was the victim. He said on Instagram Wednesday, “I NEED HELP!!!” “Please spread the word by sharing this with as many people as possible.”

“Officer Jon Selke of Purdue Police punched me repeatedly, elbowed me in the face, smothered my face into the snow, and choked me with his elbow while having me pinned to the ground the entire time,” Tuggle posted of his Friday night encounter. “Purdue police refuse to give me body cam footage and have concluded Officer Selke ‘did no wrong’. Help me get justice and hold this man accountable.”

The officer is seen pushing Tuggle to the ground while he cries that the officer is injuring him, according to a video uploaded by The Purdue Exponent. Tuggle is a junior in the College of Health and Human Sciences, according to the Exponent. A lady heard in the video constantly complains her boyfriend is being hurt, and the officer turns to her and threatens to taser her if she touches him again. Nicole Dubish has been identified by the Exponent.

People both on and off college are offended by the video clip.
