Proctor Shooting – The Utica Police Department has arrived on the scene of a shooting that has been determined to have taken place at Proctor High School. There was one person hit, but all of the kids who were at the game are safe and have been located. More updates will be released soon as investigations are ongoing to determine to the current situation. There is now one person down with a GSW. The arrival of all UPD Cars to the location.
