Preston Stabbing: Teen severely injured after a fight around Murray Road

It is suspected that the fight took place on a bus, suspect alighted from the bus and made their escape on foot.

Preston Stabbing – A young person was stabbed in Preston,, and police are currently investigating the incident. It is thought that two boys were involved in a fight at 4:15 p.m. in the area surrounding Murray Road. It is suspected that the fight took place on a bus. During the argument, one of the lads, who is estimated to be in his late teens in age, got an injury to his upper body, according to the information that has been provided to the police.

The other teenager alighted from the bus and made their escape on foot. The injured teenager was sent to the hospital, where doctors say his injuries are life-threatening. Officers have set up a perimeter around the area while they investigate what happened. After a man was stabbed in Preston and sent to the hospital with ‘serious’ injuries, two men have been taken into custody, and one of them has been charged with attempted murder. On April 30, at approximately 10.45 o’clock in the evening, emergency services were summoned after a man was discovered on Blackpool Road with stab wounds. The young man, age 22, was taken to the hospital in critical condition although it is not considered that his injuries are life-threatening.

It is believed by the officers that he was stabbed at a location on Ribbleton Avenue before he was discovered close to the fire station. A man in his 60s from Preston has been detained on suspicion of attempting to commit murder, and a man in his 20s from Preston has been detained on suspicion of threatening to kill someone and conspiring to inflict criminal damage.

The parties are believed to be familiar with one another, according to the police, who have continued to hold them in jail for questioning. An investigation has been opened, and the authorities are asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who may have information to come forward.

Officers are also investigating complaints that glass were shattered at the address on Ribbleton Avenue on Friday (April 28), and they suspect that the events could be related to one another. During the next few days, there will be additional patrols conducted in the area, and anyone who has information or concerns should not hesitate to approach a law enforcement official.
