Phillip Ellis Allen Cause Of Death, Obituary Not Yet Available – The pedestrian struck by a MAX train in Northwest Portland on Friday night has been identified by the Portland Police Bureau.

According to kptv.com, Phillip Ellis Allen, 43, was killed by a westbound MAX train on East Burnside Street and Northeast 160th Avenue shortly after 10:30 p.m. Allen was discovered dead at the site when police arrived.
